COST AND WHAT TO EXPECT:

If cost is a barrier, please let us know - we never want that to be the reason you don’t get what you need!

Personal Running Coaching: $120/month

*For an additional $20/month you can also receive custom strength workouts by Nathan added to your running coaching plan!

For $35 a week you can get 5 runs, and 2-3 strength workouts. That’s the price of ONE single fitness class these days!

includes:

  • Custom runs/workouts every single week to your inbox

  • A weekly check-in by text, email, or phone call

  • Nutrition advice from a certified nutrition coach

  • Strength training workouts adapted specifically for runners

  • Accountability and words of inspiration from your coach!

ZINDY’S qualifications:

  • RRCA Certified Level 1 Running Coach

  • NASM Certified Nutrition Coach

  • Former Co-Founder and Coach at Above Ground Running

  • Former GumboFit Captain and Track Coach (2+ years)

  • 1 x Marathon, 4 x Half Marathon, 1 x Hood to Coast Relay Race, and too many 5k’s to count!

  • Notable lived experience:

    • Personally lost about 50 pounds throughout my own wellness journey.

    • Was vegan for 5 years and have lots of experience experimenting with food.

    • 3 years of long-distance running experience

NATHAN’S qualifications:

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer

  • 5 years of experience creating custom training plans

  • 8 years of lifting experience

  • Notable lived experience:

    • Grew up with a dad who was a personal trainer! Have been around fitness my whole life.

    • Ran track in high school for 3 years (former sprinters, where y’all at?!)

    • Ran cross country for 1 year in high school
