Personal Running Coaching: $120/month
*For an additional $20/month you can also receive custom strength workouts by Nathan added to your running coaching plan!
For $35 a week you can get 5 runs, and 2-3 strength workouts. That’s the price of ONE single fitness class these days!

Notable lived experience:
Personally lost about 50 pounds throughout my own wellness journey.
Was vegan for 5 years and have lots of experience experimenting with food.
